Two Pounds Mustard
Mustard-loving duo Gwen and Ryan provide Slovenian-style, small batch mustard. We're proud to serve up what they believe to be the ultimate condiment.

Asheville-based Crooked Condiments use fresh local ingredients to create concoctions like the Ninja Porter Mustard, Gaelic Mustard and Apple Butter. Their products are handmade in small batches without the use of preservatives, corn syrups, or artificial flavors.
A South Carolina producer with strong ties to local farmers, producing subtle twists on classic seasonal preserves, made in small batches. Sallie won a Made in the South Award from Garden and Gun in December of 2010
While admittedly not local to Durham, Freakin' Flamingo uses small batches of Florida produce to create unique quality tropical marmalades and jellies. A year round reminder of Courtney's Florida home that we hope you enjoy as well.

A Brisith syle fine foods company providing scones and clotted cream, jams, Flourles Choclate cake, Jaffa Tarts and other sundires as well as their popular soups. Thier clotted creams and scones and our teas make for a great afternoon treat!

A fine tea company that specializes in pure, rare, and unique hand-blended teas featuring premium loose leaf white, black and green teas from the world’s most prestigious tea gardens.

Bread uprising is a subcription bakery new to whole sale that works to form communities and to make sure that all have the food that is healthy. There bread is delcious as well. Read more about thier mission here.
Berenbuams is a division of Ninth Street Bakery and it specalizes in tartlets and tradiational Jewish baked goods and is often found outside the Durham Farmers Market on Saturdays as well as the savory and sweet vegan hand pies you have come to love. We carry a sweet and savory tartlet weekly and occasionally other items, such as mandle bread or cookies as well!
Local confectioner CRUMB will feature a new cake at Respite once a week. CRUMB is a custom outfit, baking each cake to order. While they don't yet have a brick and mortar place of their own, they've been popping up all over the Triangle.
