  • ½ water
  • 3 to 6 drops liquid Stevia extract
  • 1 vanilla bean

  • fresh mint or mint extract to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh baby spinach
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ice cubes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 3-4 tablespoons hemp hearts, to taste
  • 1 medium stalk celery, chopped

  • 1 large sweet apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 4 ice cubes
